I love that show flip that house on whatever channel it is on. It is a good idea to take real estate and turn it around for a profit, as long as the work that has to be done is mostly cosmetic. I think it would be cool to buy up some commercial real estate and rent it out as office space, that would make really good money!
I had no idea there were so many different styles of cufflinks. I guess it is almost like earrings for men to put on their cuffs right? I never wear a suit so it is not like I would know any better. I am just amazed that they are such a popular item and I just never really noticed it before now!

It is really sad when someone comes to the point in their life that they need adult pads, but that is no reason to make them feel worse. Just make sure they get disposable pads so they can take care of it without asking for help. I know when my grandmother had this problem she was more worried about putting stress on anyone else.
I remember when I had my first communion; it was a really big deal. My parents had a party for me and everything. They even gave out first communion invitations and everything! I was really scared to do it because someone told me when I was younger that was actually Jesus’ skin, yeah I know I was gullible. It was a really nice day though, that I got to share with my family.
I know that there is no such thing as a super miracle weight loss pill, but there are some awesome ones to help you along the way with a decent diet and exercise. One that my friend told me to check out was Miracle burn, she said that it works pretty good. I took Trimspa for awhile but when Anna Nicole died I got scared to take it, even though I know it was unrelated.
I often think about getting life insurance quotes, but thinking about that kind of thing is scary to me. I know that everyone should do it and have it, but I feel like if I bought a policy, and let it lapse or something that would be like signing my own death warrant. I know, it probably sounds crazy but that is how I feel about it! Maybe when I get a few years older I will go through with it.
It is really neat when people like something specific like seagulls because you always know what to buy them as a gift! I found that they even have Seagull lighting, which is really cool. I do not suppose that they have penguin lighting as well? Penguins are so much cooler than seagulls. If you know someone who has unique taste seagull lighting would probably make an awesome gift.
I think it would be fun to start collecting cookie jars. I already have a really cute penguin cookie jar, and a spider cookie jar that I found after Halloween for like $2.00. Cookie jars are awesome and you can get one here! There are so many different and unique cookie jars, they are just really something cool to collect, they do not always have to be filled with cookies!
Last summer at my garage sale I sold my pirate bar along with all of the bar stools to go with it. You may ask what is a pirate bar? It just looked like something that would have been fit for a pirate ship. We had good times while hanging out in the garage at the pirate bar, but I needed to downsize the amount of stuff we have hanging around so I had to sell it.
